"When I originally changed over to State Farm insurance, their system paired me up with an insurance agent in Atlanta, Georgia. The agent that handled everything did a bad job of listening to what I wanted, and really had the policy in a mess. I complained to State Farm, and they suggested moving to another agent. I did not know they could do this. I chose Todd because he’s Walking distance from home. This was a no-brainer. Todd recommended sitting down and going over all of my policies. Todd took the time to straighten everything out and made outstanding recommendations. I am more than happy with Todd and his office."
